Subject: Force Majeure - WT-1 Compressor Station (Carlsbad, NM).

Reason: Unit 102 Compressor at WT-1 Station has experienced a mechanical failure.

Revision 2 - This Force Majeure Event has been edited and extended through Wednesday 4/22/26. Please see capacity and date change below.

This Force Majeure event will affect receipt volumes flowing through WT-1 Station (Carlsbad, NM).

Gas Day April 21, 2026 (Intraday 2)

WT1 Capacity reduced from 630,000 MMBtu/d to 500,000 MMBtu/d.

Gas Day April 23, 2026 (Timely Cycle)

WT1 Capacity back to normal at 630,000 MMBtu/d.
